Nutrition counseling is based on individual needs & his/her/their goals, as each person has unique experiences. This includes, but not limited to, discussing relationship with food and body, exploring how food impacts your experiences in the world, examine how emotions impact food/food choices/appetite, set goals, and discuss steps to meet these goals. In addition, I will communicate regularly with other members of your outpatient team (such as therapist, psychiatrist, physician, etc.,) upon written consent to ensure best client care!

Managing insurance can be a full-time job, and to focus entirely on patient care, my practice is currently not contracted with any insurance companies. However, if you wish to use your insurance, I can provide you with a Superbill (a receipt with insurance codes) to help you seek reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. As an out-of-network provider, many of my patients receive full or significant reimbursement for their out-of-pocket costs. Reimbursement varies based on your specific insurance plan, so if you’re unsure about your coverage, please contact your insurance provider to inquire whether our services (codes: 97802, 97803, 97804) are eligible for reimbursement.
Cost for Services:
Initial Appointment & Follow-Up Appointment (50 minutes): $150

Starting January 1, 2022, state-licensed or certified healthcare providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate of healthcare charges to all new and existing clients who are uninsured or who do not plan to file an insurance claim for the services they seek. As an out-of-network provider, many of my clients choose not to submit claims, making them eligible for a Good Faith Estimate. This estimate is included in the new patient paperwork that is completed when scheduling the initial session.
Services are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis, meaning you only commit to the next appointment you book. If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours or do not attend without prior notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
